Programme Smart grids I.:

  • Placing of automated, remote-controlled elements in distribution systems, placing of technological elements of voltage control, and selective placing of measurement of electric energy quality in distribution systems.
  • Solution of local balance by managing output flows between customers and the distribution grid operator.

Programme Smart grids II. :

  • Construction, strengthening, modernisation and reconstruction of transmission system lines and transformer stations (in accordance with the concept of smart grids).

Programme Energy savings in heat supply systems:

  • Installation of high-efficient (gas) cogeneration units in heat supply systems.
  • Installation of a high-efficient (gas) cogeneration unit for the purpose of local consumption of heat energy.
  • Reconstruction of the existing facilities with combined power and heat production in order to achieve savings of primary energy thanks to improvement of technical parameters of facilities.

Programme High-speed Internet:

  • Modernisation and extension of the existing infrastructure of the high-speed Internet connection, with the minimal transmission speed of 30 Mbit/s.


Programme Consultancy I. :

  • Consultancy services through external advisors for new firms in the sphere of production, construction, trade and services in order to support an increase in the number of new entrepreneurs and enhance competitiveness of new SMEs in economically problematic regions.

Programme Consultancy II. :

  • Sophisticated consultancy services for SMEs for support of SME internationalisation (involvement in international programmes of the type of HORIZONT 2020, COSME) and in the sphere of strategic management and innovation management (mentoring, coaching, foresight, etc.).

Programme Venture capital:

  • Capital investments in projects focused on establishment and development of enterprises with the innovation potential asking for seed, start-up, expansion or replacement capital.


Programme Training centres:

  • Construction and acquisition of new or reconstruction of the existing training centres, modernisation of premises for training, acquisition of facilities for training premises, including training aids, training programmes and intellectual property rights

  • Creation and implementation  of company training programmes, including preparation of company lecturers and instructors.
